Tamarack Camps special needs programs are intended for children and young adults with mild learning or developmental disabilities who can be mainstreamed into our daily programming.

Nachman Horizons
Campers entering 2nd through 9th grades
Campers are integrated into the regular camp activities and live in villages with campers their own age. Extra bunk counselors are provided to work with these campers throughout their camp experience. Campers will be interviewed to determine their suitability for this program.

Horizons Avodah
Young adults with special needs
These Avodah participants have the opportunity to work within the many areas of Camp Maas with the support of additional staff to make their experiences positive and fulfilling.
