Located on the Camp Maas site near Ortonville, MI, Tamarack's facilities
and staff lend itself to all aspects of an outstanding outdoor experience.
Our programs have been developed to provide teachers and students an opportunity
to achieve mandated science and nature objectives. We also offer
many activities to introduce and enhance a variety of outdoor skills and
natural/cultural history. Our goal is to give each visitor to Tamarack
a personal outdoor experience that will instill a better understanding
of the natural world. Tamarack Outdoor Education Programs will provide
your group with activities that challenge, educate and provide recreation.
Whether your group will be with us for a day or an overnight stay, our
friendly, trained staff and excellent facilities are the perfect
components for this fun and educational experience.

We can accommodate 400-600 residential campers in cabins for school and
weekend groups, and there are numerous opportunities for day groups. We
provide all food service for our residential campers.
